Alpine needed a cleaner, more cohesive look for their new Headquarters. We planned their space by team and designed joinery which could give them this clean, considered look.
Alpine required better acoustics to facilitate a quieter, calmer work environment for their open-plan shared hot-desk setup. Custom acoustics were designed to give employees privacy without completely cutting off the office and making collaboration inaccessible. We also designed breakout rooms to facilitate collaborative work - These were spaces for casual meetings which are frequent within the company and can prove disruptive to those surrounding. Custom acoustics minimised this disruption while doubling as pin-boards to mount ideas to.
Having such an extensive team with varied requirements for their workspaces, Alpine energy was a busy office with many moving parts. To ensure the best work environment for everyone, we had the Head of each department fill out staff surveys to help us better understand their needs and wants when redesigning their office.
